At Mambobaby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the inclusion of the packing slip for faster processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
